What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form or the land-offer form, we collect the data you enter: name, e-mail, phone number, message, and for a land offer also the parcel details and any documents you attach. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics collects anonymous visit data (pages viewed, approximate city-level location, device type).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in the consent bar. Until then nothing is sent (Google Consent Mode). Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing site data.
How we use the data
We use form data solely to respond to your inquiry and, for a land offer, to assess the parcel for our projects. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention and sharing
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to communicate with you. We do not sell data to third parties. Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor; it may be processed outside Montenegro in line with Google's terms.
